Free Phone Consult

Click here to fill out our contact form. Peace of Home will call you to set up a free 15-minute phone consultation. We will learn your motivation for calling, discuss timeline for putting your home on the market, and ask about your goals. If it’s a good match, we will set up a time to see your space.

In-Home Assessment

There is a flat fee for the in-home assessment. This can be scheduled Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday appointments available. During this 30-60 minute assessment, we will look at your home to identify areas that need to be staged. We will answer any questions you may have and discuss a plan of action, rates, and availability. A detailed consultation report will be included in this fee and delivered via email within 3-5 days of our appointment. If you agree with the plan and the photo inspirations, we can schedule your home staging service appointment. The assessment fee will be deducted from the home staging package selected.

Stage Your Home

We work with the needs of the clients when staging their home. It could be as simple as decluttering and rearranging furniture. However, some clients also request room redesign, paint color selection, rental of furnishings and accessories, and home staging set up. Whatever your needs, Peace of Home can help your home look its absolute best in preparation for listing and showing.

Pick Up After Staging Is Complete

Peace of Home will schedule and oversee the pick up of furniture rental and accessories once the rental period is completed.
